EULA - End User License Agreement

LICENSE AGREEMENT

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
before using this software.

DEMONSTRATION VERSION

The demonstration version of the software is provided for evaluation
purposes only. You are limited to a maximum evaluation period of
30 days. At the end of that time, you must either purchase one or
more licenses, or remove the software from your system.

Except for the nagware requirements, the software is completely
functional in the demonstation version. You are given adequate time and
opportunity to ascertain the fitness and performance of the software
in your unique environment. Because of this ability, and because of the
non-returnable nature of registration and activation keys, NO refund
option is available after purchase.

REGISTERED VERSION

One registered copy of the software may either be used by one person
who uses the software non-simultaneously on one or more computers,
or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by
multiple users, but not both.

ALL SOFTWARE

You may not reverse-compile, decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer,
trace, or otherwise attempt to decipher the inner workings of the
software, whether related to security or operation of the software. You
may not in any way alter the software or supporting files, except for
files that are specifically intended to be modified by the end user.

DISCLAIMER

This software and accompanying files are licensed "as is" and without
warranties as to performance or merchantability of product, or any
other warranties whether expressed or implied. Because of the various
hardware and software environments in which the software may be
installed, no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is offered.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly
tested with non-critical data before relying on it. Because the vendor
has no control whatsoever over this testing, the user must assume all
responsibilities and accompanying risks of using the software.

ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT
REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE, AT VENDOR'S SOLE OPTION.
